I have loss of sensitivity and declining libido but I attributed it to aging. I always got my prostate and psa checked once a year and the uro mentioned enlarged prostate but did not make a big deal out of it. Then, this year it started giving me urinary problems. I recently had Greenlight PVP that vaporizes some of the extra prostate tissue that was problematic for me. I found out later there is a correlation (for some men) between enlarged prostate and ED. This really pissed me off because I mentioned the sensitivity and libido issue with my uro and he said nothing about the connection. I think you should find a uro that is a specialist in sexual and erectile dysfuntion. This is my plan now that I have had the PVP surgury. Most urologists are not trained specifically in sexual and erectile dysfunction problems. If my current uro who did the PVP can't help me other than throwing pills at me, I will make an appointment with a specialist. That's my advice for you because something's not right and you need to find out what it is and hopefully, get your situation corrected. Find out from the specialist what may cause your problem by having them run the right tests on you and then, perhaps you can be cured. Don't wait before it's too late. The GP I first saw balked from me getting simi hard in his hand. I've been advocating standardized data being taken when you're healthy. I would have been better treated when I started.
