This is where bitch slapping is a valid reply. When an MD can't find
anything they always say that. If this was the real opinion, instead
of hiding a shrug, they'd have a psychologist lined up for you. That
person would be an effective part of regular recovery. There would be
a litany of recommendations ...I don't here it either.

You're having a neurologic problem that has yet to be addressed.
Bluntly, neurologists aren't eager to hold cocks. The only mental
problem you might have is resistance to new paths of arousal. I found
myself resistant to being more aroused by my nipples than my penis at
first. I thought it girlish. When I stopped resisting erotic feelings
from all of my body I stopped tressing as much about it, and even
found oils to be good for me.

You may try "injection treatment therapy" like what I came up with
for myself, and the doctor went along with. I used a half dose of
Caverject twice a week. The irritation others complain about woke up
neural paths for me and the one to two hour hard-ons were nice too.

I have that problem to a degree but I am a lot older than you. I have loss of sensitivity and declining libido but I attributed it to aging. I always got my prostate and psa checked once a year and the uro mentioned enlarged prostate but did not make a big deal out of it. Then, this year it started giving me urinary problems. I recently had Greenlight PVP that vaporizes some of the extra prostate tissue that was problematic for me. I found out later there is a correlation (for some men) between enlarged prostate and ED. This really pissed me off because I mentioned the sensitivity and libido issue with my uro and he said nothing about the connection. I think you should find a uro that is a specialist in sexual and erectile dysfuntion. This is my plan now that I have had the PVP surgury. Most urologists are not trained specifically in sexual and erectile dysfunction problems. If my current uro who did the PVP can't help me other than throwing pills at me, I will make an appointment with a specialist. That's my advice for you because something's not right and you need to find out what it is and hopefully, get your situation corrected. Find out from the specialist what may cause your problem by having them run the right tests on you and then, perhaps you can be cured. Don't wait before it's too late.

Hi, I have had that happen when injecting into a flacid penis. When the walls are against each other and you inject, it is easy to inject into the wall of the cavity and the erection turns out lousy as well.

Try this technique. Tease the penis to get some blood intot he cavity and squeeze it toward the end inflating the injection site to erect diameter. Bury the needle to be sure you are all the way thru the wall and unload the syringe.

This lump from poor injections can cause scarring. Not sure how much it too much but not necessary at all.

Yes, it's a world wide problem to get the right kind of medico. Not just a urologist but a reproductive urologist. An Andrologist. When you see a regular doctor you have to ask for a "referal for sexual problems" to get sent in the right direction. The GP I first saw balked from me getting simi hard in his hand. I've been advocating standardized data being taken when you're healthy. I would have been better treated when I started.

I think the problem must be universal. My primary doctor is
even more uncomfortable than I am to initiate a discussion of problems
involving genitals. I got a big painful lump in my penis a couple of
weeks ago from an injection of Bimix. Eventually one of the guys here
in the support group convinced me to talk to my doctor. He seemed at
ease at first but then I felt as though he withdrew mentally. I don't
know how to find a doctor who freely talks about it. Even since
prostate surgery I felt awkward talking about my erectile problems
even with a couple of urologists. Others however gave me a lot of
useful information and were both sympathetic and encouraging. Dr.
Irwin Goldstein, formerly at the Boston University School of Medicine,
is preparing to open the first ever medical school Department of
Sexual Medicine. Perhaps it will catch on and lead to better training
in communication about this kind of problem.
Best wishes,
Mark

If you sac feel like it has a cluster of grapes inside it is a very simple operation which removes the damages vessels, gets rid of the pain and restores your fertility.

Check with another Urologist.

Good luck
