Hello !
I am 25 & yet unmarried.I used to masterbate a lot & snce last 1 yr i dont get erection & have problem ejaculating but the biggest of all problem is that my left testicle pains a lot.I had been to urologist & he said that my veins have destroyed & operation is must. As a result my sperm count has also gone down.
If anyone has faced this problem or knows the solution plz advice me.
I m in great trouble.Thx in advance.
If you sac feel like it has a cluster of grapes inside it is a very simple operation which removes the damages vessels, gets rid of the pain and restores your fertility.
Check with another Urologist.
Good luck
FUNNY I F WHEN YOU GUYS SAY UROLGOLIST WHY DO DOCTORS NOT RECOMMEND VISITS TO UROGOLOGISTS AS A GENERAL MAINTAINANCE ANYWAY,.,..,I FIND IT SO HARD TO GET A DOCTOR TO TALK ANYTHOING ABOUT SEX ORGANS HERE IN IRELAND
I think the problem must be universal. My primary doctor is
even more uncomfortable than I am to initiate a discussion of problems
involving genitals. I got a big painful lump in my penis a couple of
weeks ago from an injection of Bimix. Eventually one of the guys here
in the support group convinced me to talk to my doctor. He seemed at
ease at first but then I felt as though he withdrew mentally. I don’t
know how to find a doctor who freely talks about it. Even since
prostate surgery I felt awkward talking about my erectile problems
even with a couple of urologists. Others however gave me a lot of
useful information and were both sympathetic and encouraging. Dr.
Irwin Goldstein, formerly at the Boston University School of Medicine,
is preparing to open the first ever medical school Department of
Sexual Medicine. Perhaps it will catch on and lead to better training
in communication about this kind of problem.
Best wishes,
Mark
Hi!
Thx for the advaice.Actually my doctor also advised me for the
operation but i wanted to know if i skip the operation,is it going to turn into
a big problem later on or it will B OK after married life also.
Thx.
Yes, it’s a world wide problem to get the right kind of medico. Not just a urologist but a reproductive urologist. An Andrologist. When you see a regular doctor you have to ask for a “referal for sexual problems” to get sent in the right direction. The GP I first saw balked from me getting simi hard in his hand. I’ve been advocating standardized data being taken when you’re healthy. I would have been better treated when I started.
Hi, I have had that happen when injecting into a flacid penis. When the walls are against each other and you inject, it is easy to inject into the wall of the cavity and the erection turns out lousy as well.
Try this technique. Tease the penis to get some blood intot he cavity and squeeze it toward the end inflating the injection site to erect diameter. Bury the needle to be sure you are all the way thru the wall and unload the syringe.
This lump from poor injections can cause scarring. Not sure how much it too much but not necessary at all.
